Critique: I really love the infrared and I think that with the blue hue you lose some of the infrared feel. I love the idea of the blue tint though I think it was a bit overdone. It seems like you put blue over it and just changed the blending mode. One thing I would suggegst trying is making the photo black and white, goto Image>Adjustments Selective Colour, change the level to blacks, then increase the blue hue with the slider. I love the composition, and the... vignetting? I don't know what to call that
But that aspect looks awesome. Overall this is a very nice photo, The only thing that could use some work is that as I said, the blue is a bit overpowering.
